Since her setting up in 1991 the firm Planungsgruppe has developed steadily from the "classical" architecture office to the integrated planning partner. Performances to urban land-use plannings, buildings, free layouts and to the building security are worked on by us independently. Construction-physical questions to the fire prevention, sound insulation and heat insulation are solved just as construktive problem definitions with us in the house.


For departmental plannings of every kind and complementary planning performances we have built up a network of efficient partners which co-ordinates about the Planungsgruppe Geburtig, are optimised and are brought together.

Special experiences are given with the coordination of the procedures with allowances for building measures FEDERAL BUDGET CODE / LHO (ZBau/HUBau) of the order up to the expenses settle accounts, competition supervising  and current votes with public developers.
